GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
Sundays at 11:30am

The next round of the Grief Support Group has begun. We will continue to meet for the next 5 consecutive Sundays after the second worship service (around 11:30.) You are welcome to participate whether you can make all of the sessions or not, and whether you’ve been a part of a Grief Support Group before or not. BOWLING FUNDRAISER FOR FLC YOUTH
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13

Enjoy 1 Hour of Bowling and shoe rental and give back to a great cause. This fundraiser will help offset the cost of the youth's summer trips. And since it’s Friday, the 13th - wear your costume!

Everyone is invited to bowl. The cost is $12 per bowler. Reserve your lane on the Farmington Lanes website using the link HERE.

ELCA NATIONAL YOUTH GATHERING INFORMATIONAL MEETING—OCTOBER 15, 2023

ELCA National Youth Gathering is happening July 16-20, 2024! FLC Youth currently in 8th - 12th grades have the opportunity to participate, and we are also looking for adult leaders for this trip. There will be an information meeting for youth and parents on Sunday, October 15th in the Sunshine Room between services. We encourage you to attend to hear more!

Understanding Grief
Sunday, October 22, 11:30

Please join Pastor Kristen and Allison Oja, Director of Community Support and Education at Minnesota Hospice, for some conversation about grief on Sunday, October 22, at 11:30 in the library at Farmington Lutheran. We’ll talk about what grief is, why it happens, what it can look and feel like, and how we can cope. TRUNK OR TREAT
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27 5:30-7:00pm

All are invited to Farmington Lutheran for a Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot! FLC is collecting candy donations to be handed out during the event. Donations can be dropped off in the office any time, please label them “trunk or treat”.

NEW THIS YEAR! First WEDNESDAY Worship & MEAL
Wednesday, NOVEMBER 1 at 4:45PM

This year we will be serving dinner before First Wednesday Worship! Pizza is on the menu. Dinner will be served from 4:45pm - 5:30pm. Then meet in the sanctuary for worship at 5:30pm. Suggested donation of $5.00, with a cap at $20.00. Want to help with meals?  Contact Dawn@farmingtonlutheran.com.
