FOOD ON THE THIRD
Sunday, December 17
This month’s Food on the Fourth will take place on the THIRD Sunday. Pick up a bag in the gathering space next weekend and bring it back the following with non-perishable food items. Below is a list of items requested by the foo shelf this month. Large beverages, Cereal for kids, Brownie mixes, Muffin mixes, Brown sugar, Powered sugar, Sugar, Flour, Vegetable oil, Frosting, Stewed tomatoes, Canned fruit, Feminine hygiene products, Tall kitchen garbage bags
BREWED THEOLOGY: COCKTAILS & CAROLS
Tuesday, December 19 at 7:00pm
Whether our November gathering puts you in a jolly or grinchy mood, our December Brewed Theology will be putting our conversations on hold in favor of Christmas carols! Our December edition of Brewed Theology is going to be a hymn sing we’re calling “Cocktails & Carols.” On December 19th, around 7pm, at the Long Branch, we’ll gather to sing. Bring your favorites. All are welcome.
YOUTH CHRISTMAS PARTY
Wednesday, December 20 at 6:30pm
Pre-Con and Confirmation youth will celebrate Christmas together at a Youth Christmas party on Wednesday, December 20 from 6:30 – 8:00pm.
OFFICE CLOSED
Tuesday, December 26
FLC Church office will be closed Tuesday, December 26 as staff takes time to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Office hours will be limited on Wednesday, December 27 and Thursday, December 28. Please call before stopping by to ensure staff is in the building.
CAMP EMMAUS- 2nd & 3rd Graders
Friday & Saturday, January 5 - 6, 2024
Camp Emmaus is designed to give some of our youngest members a taste of camp life close to home. This camp will happen right at FLC on Friday, January 5th and end early in the morning on Saturday, January 6th. We will have a campfire (it might be cold, so bundle up), s'mores and other snacks, music, games, activities, and devotion time. The cost for this event is $45, Please let us know if cost is an issue.
