TREE PRESERVATION PROJECT

Farmington Lutheran’s Properties Team has been working with Premium Tree Protection to inventory the trees on FLC’s property and the health of each tree. Treatment options for the sick trees are available. It is recommended that approximately 18 trees be treated, and 8 trees be cut down/removed. The cost per tree for a treatment is approximately $270.00. If you are interested in donating to support this project you can do so by clicking HERE. Stop by the display in the gathering space for more information.

Food on the Fourth

Sunday is Food on the Fourth! Stop by the table in the gathering space and grab a green bag. Below you will find a list of items needed by the food shelf:
Cereal, Rice and Pasta sides, large beverages like apple juice, Snack crackers, Granola bars, small bags of chips/individual snacks, Coffee or Keurig cups, cleaning supplies, any kind is needed, Kitchen garbage bags, Sandwich bags, Paper plates/bowls/plastic silverware, Napkins, Boxed pasta, Ramen
Monetary donations are much appreciated. The food shelf spends $800-$1400/week at Second Harvest to meet the demands of more and more food insecure families. If you know of or have connections with service or community groups that would be willing to make donations in support of the food shelf, please contact Karen Brownawell at rhpositive03@yahoo.com.
