Food on the Fourth
In March of 2022, Farmington Lutheran started a food gathering initiative. Each month on the fourth Sunday, it is “Food on the Fourth” Sunday. During the prior week worshippers are invited to take a green “Food on the Fourth” bag and bring it home, or to the grocery store, and fill it with food items. On the following fourth Sunday we gather, bless, and distribute the food to the food pantry, schools, wherever folks need.
