SCRIP (gift card sales)
This is an opportunity for adults, 18 and older, to sell gift cards in the Gathering Area on Sundays between church services and after the second service. The gift cards sell themselves!
Screens This is a great opportunity for those that are comfortable with simple computer programs. Screen volunteers are needed to run the screens at all three weekend services. If you're interested in this volunteer opportunity, please contact the FLC Office.
Scripture Readers
Lay Readers take an active part in worship services by reading the lessons aloud. A schedule is sent out every three months and each person has approximately two assignments during the quarter. Training for articulation and diction is provided. Open to ages 16 and older.
Sound If you're interested in assisting with the sound board during the services, please contact the FLC Office.
Usher
Ushers provide a friendly and welcoming environment to worshipers on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Responsibilities include greeting, distributing bulletins, assisting in helping worshipers find seating, collecting offering during services and helping the acolytes get lined up before services. Ushers serve the same service for four consecutive weekends. Opportunities are also available to serve during special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Lent or Easter. Training is provided and it is open to ages 13 and older. Families are encouraged to serve together.
Welcome Booth The Welcome Booth is a very important part of our church. If you'd be willing to help answer questions and direct people, please let us know that you'd be willing to help at the Welcome Booth during fellowship time.
